Date and time slots for product and service delivery:

The time slots provided at the time of checkout can be selected by the user. These are the customer's preferred dates and times. We make every effort to deliver on the scheduled date and time, but this is not a guarantee. We guarantee that products and services ordered will be delivered within 24 hours of the requested delivery date and time slot. If you fail to do so, we will refund your money, but not before that.

1. Delivery times for daytime deliveries range from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

2. For midnight orders, delivery may occur between 11:00 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.

3. It can be made between 10 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. in remote locations/small towns.

4. No refunds will be given if orders are not delivered within the specified time frame.

5. Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.\

6. Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days like Valentine's Day, Motherís Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc. In such circumstances, order cancellation is not possible, and the order will be executed on consecutive days.

7. Special day deliveries are processed until 52 hours of requested delivery date and time slots.

Special days for 7shree are - Motherís day, Fatherís Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentineís Day, Rose day, Teddy day, Proposal Day, Hug day, Kiss Day, Friendship Day, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas and New Year.

Pricing and Products:

1.   All of the products listed on the website, as well as their descriptions and prices, are subject to change at any time.

2.   The purchase of a product on the website is contingent on stock availability.

3.   7SHREE reserves the right, with or without notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or service.

4.   In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or information received from 7SHREE suppliers, 7SHREE shall have the right, post the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. If your order has already been charged and 7SHREE cancels it, we will refund you the money.

5.   The product specifications (weight, size, colour, and so on) listed alongside the product photos are only estimates. There may be minor differences between the images and the products.

6.   Depending on where the delivery is scheduled, the message on the complimentary message card provided by 7shree can be printed or handwritten.

Delivery:

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you pass to you when 7shree ships them to you.

If the products are damaged when they are delivered to the recipient

1. Before signing the receipt, the recipient should inspect the products delivered (cakes, flowers, or anything else).

2. If a product is delivered damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept it and contact Customer Care right away.

3. Any problems with the products delivered must be reported within 4 hours of receipt; otherwise, no replacement or refund requests will be considered.

4. In the event that a product is severely damaged, a replacement will be provided. Please allow at least 6 hours for the replacement.

5. Complaints about courier products should be reported within 6-8 hours of delivery. Complaints received after 6-8 hours will be ignored.

Minimalistic and cosmetic flaws include:

1. No name/message on cake.

2. There is no name or message attached to the flowers.

3. Issues with the cream of the cake, cake decoration, or flower packaging will not be eligible for refunds or replacements unless they are severely damaged.

Keep as surprise

For orders where Keep as Surprise is selected we will deliver the order as requested without receiver knowing the senderís detail. In case the receiver refuses to accept the order then we will disclose the senderís details for the order to be acknowledged and accepted by the receiver. If still the receiver does not accept the order then the order will be returned and it will be considered as Complete from 7shreeís end. Due to time limitation and the gift items being of perishable nature therefore we will attempt our best to have the order delivered within a given timeframe.

Products are not being delivered:

We will only be able to make one delivery attempt on your order. In the case of perishable products, delivery attempts may be made again at our discretion, and you may be charged an additional delivery fee. If the delivery is not completed during the attempt, the customer will be charged for the order, and there will be no option for redelivery. In the following scenarios, we will consider the order that was carried out:

1. Incorrect shipping or delivery address.

2. The premises are secure.

3. Incorrect landlines, mobile numbers, or extension numbers, which may prevent us from contacting the recipient for delivery.

4. The recipient refuses to accept the package.

5. Delivered the product to the Gate/Neighbor as per the receiver's instructions.

6. The recipient is unavailable.

Requirements for Pincodes:

It is the user's responsibility to enter the correct pincode in the delivery address. The pin code should correspond to a valid delivery address. Occasionally, the address given does not correspond to the area's pin code.

If the pin code in the address section is incorrect, the following scenarios occur:

1. If the address entered is in a non-serviceable area, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. - The system checks the pincode for delivery verification and may accept the order if the pincode is in a serviceable area but the address is not.

2. If our team contacts you about a wrong pin in your address and you want delivery to a new pin code, the charges for the newly added pin code will apply.

Important Considerations:

The products and services shown on 7shree are the best of our offerings, and we make every effort to deliver high-quality, similar products and services. These terms and conditions have been put in place to avoid any potential conflict.

1. All products listed on the website, as well as their descriptions and prices, are subject to change from time to time, depending on market conditions.

2. Orders are accepted and delivered during TIME SLOTS in the city of your choice. All requests are handled according to the order's time slot.

A.   Orders placed after 11:00 p.m. will be delivered between 11:00 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. In case of remote locations/small towns it can be made from 10PM to 12:30AM.

B.   7shree reserves the right, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without prior notice at any time.

C.   The product specifications (weight, size, colour, and so on) listed with the product photos are only estimates and examples. There may be minor differences between the images and the products delivered.

D.   Order acceptance is contingent on product availability, delivery areas, and time. The order could be accepted or rejected. After assessing the circumstances, the order may be cancelled and notified to the customer. In this case, the full amount paid is refunded.

E.   If we detect fraudulent behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion and will not issue a refund.

F.    If a duplicate order with similar details is placed, we will attempt to contact the customer; if the customer does not respond, we will process both orders. After that, no further debate will be entertained.

G.   In the case of midnight deliveries on special occasions such as New Year's Day, Christmas, or Valentine's Day, there is no guarantee that the products will be delivered within the time slots specified on the website. Mother's Day, for example. Orders will be processed and delivered within 52 hours of the requested delivery date and time slot.

H.   Orders placed under the 'Same Day Delivery' category are non-cancelable.

I.    Only one delivery attempt will be made. Please double-check the recipient's availability before selecting a delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, there will be no second attempt, and the order will be cancelled. In this case, there will be no refund.

J.    You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date if you need to reschedule your order.

K.   Before signing the receipt, the recipient should inspect the order for damage. If the order is damaged, the recipient should refuse it and the delivery person will return with a replacement. Please allow at least 6 hours for the replacement.

L.    In cases where the sender provided the incorrect address, the premises where delivery is required is locked, the recipient of the order is unavailable, or the recipient has refused to accept the order for personal reasons, the order will be considered successful and complete (NOT due to products or services of 7shree).

a.    If our delivery executive is not granted permission to enter the delivery location, the order will be considered successful and complete. For example, orders where the delivery location is a facility such as a hospital, a government agency, a society, a resort, a hotel, or any other private or public property, and the recipient number is not reachable.

b.    Delivery times, if promised, cannot be guaranteed in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, and peak holiday periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rakhi, New Year's Eve, and so on. In such circumstances, order cancellation is not possible, and the order will be executed on consecutive days.

c.    If you believe the product you have received does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 4 hours of receiving it. After investigating your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate decision.
